iS THERE A CONSULTATION FEE?

No. There is a free 15-minute consultation.

Please call, text, or email me to schedule a consultation. I look forward to meeting with you, to clarify if my services best meet your needs.


What happens after the completion of consultation?

I will begin working with you to build a comprehensive care plan and provide the service fee. We will keep communication via phone, email, and/or Zoom.


How much does it cost?

We offer One-Time and Contract services to fit your needs.

One-Time Services — payment due at time of service, starting at $25/hour. Includes:

  • Information on community resources tailored to your needs
  • A personalized Resources/Providers plan during a one-hour phone consultation

Contract Services — 3-month agreement, $40/month. Includes:

  • Connection and coordination of resources
  • Weekly 30-minute follow-up phone call
  • Updated personalized Resources/Providers plan every two weeks


Who can use the services?

While I am geared to assist clients with healthcare barriers, anyone is able to complete the consultation to verify if my services meet any other needs you may have.
